Allotment Water Tank

SACC have installed a 1000 litre water tank to bring a much-needed water supply to the allotments. A small pump has been fitted in Bell Brook which runs through the field next to the allotments. Water will be abstracted from the brook to keep the tank topped up. The pump will be driven by a solar panel mounted on to the tank. The tank has been mounted at the top of the allotments to allow standpipes to be installed at convenient locations on the allotment.
