Tree Planting

Snitterfield is very fortunate to have a tree warden. His name is John Prescott.

John has told us Stratford Council have a number of trees which SACC can make use of for the benefit of our community. They have provided us with 10 oak whips which have already been planted. There is a possibility we may be able to obtain more in the future.

Current SACC Tree Planting Status

The SACC Steering Group plant 10 trees, 9 around the Wolverton Road Playground and one on Atties Field (Near memorial at top of Whitehorse Hill) to replace one felled by Electricity Company. Each tree was sponsored by a local community group.

ALL TREES ARE PLANTED. View the map to see where.
